The space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. A fully serviced lease is required, and the offered space must not be in the 100/500 flood plain. The lease term is 15 years, with a firm term of 5 years and termination rights of 120 days.
• The space must have secured parking to accommodate 3 government vehicles and 1 parking space to support a pickup truck with a 25 ft trailer.
• The space must meet Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS), Seismic Safety Standards, and Fire Protection & Life Safety Requirements.
• The space must be available for occupancy by March 2027.
• Expressions of Interest must include building name and address, location of the available space, building site/lot plans, interior layout drawings/pictures, rentable square feet, and date of space availability.
