Description
Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a term contract for general construction services. The contract will be for a three-year initial term with the option to renew for three successive one-year terms. The contractor will provide general construction trade services, including demolition, construction, and maintenance of ceilings, walls, floors, doors, and other similar tasks. The contractor must meet or exceed the requirements contained in the RFP, industry standards, and all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations.
• The contractor will be required to provide a certificate of insurance evidencing compliance with the insurance requirements outlined in the Term Construction Services Agreement.
• The contractor must pay at least the prevailing wage rate and provide the prevailing supplements, including premium rates for overtime pay.
• The contractor will be required to submit quarterly reports to Roswell Park, including M/WBE compliance reports and workforce employment utilization reports.
• The contractor must comply with the M/WBE Regulations and EEO requirements, including providing equal employment opportunities without discrimination.
