The Glen Lake Community Schools are seeking bids for a roofing project. The project manual and contract documents can be obtained via Procore or at the Builders Exchange of NW Michigan. A pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 3:30 PM. All contractors bidding on the work must be bondable and include the cost for furnishing a Co-Obligee Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Co-Obligee Performance Bond in their bid. • The bid submission deadline is Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM. • The pre-bid conference is recommended but not mandatory. • The contract documents are available via Procore or at the Builders Exchange of NW Michigan. • The bids will be publicly opened via Microsoft Team meeting at 11:30 AM on the deadline date.
