Description
The Maryland School for the Deaf is seeking a contractor to provide snow removal services at its Frederick Campus location. The contractor will be responsible for removing snow from parking lots, bus loops, and roadways, as well as clearing sidewalks and steps. The contract will be for a period of one year with two optional one-year extensions. The contractor must be registered on eMMA and must submit a bid package that includes all required attachments and documents.
• The contractor must have experience in snow removal services
• The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the work
• The contractor must be able to work in a timely and efficient manner to minimize disruptions to the campus
• The contractor must be able to provide references from previous customers
• The contractor must be able to meet all the requirements outlined in the IFB
