The project involves two separate contracts: a General Construction Contract and a Roofing Contract. The General Construction Contract includes construction, demolition, renovation, and hazardous material removal, while the Roofing Contract includes re-roofing, waterproofing, and roof drain piping. Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

Based on the project description, the budget for this project is estimated to be between $500,000 and $2,000,000. This estimate is based on the scope of work, which includes construction, demolition, renovation, and hazardous material removal, as well as re-roofing, waterproofing, and roof drain piping. The estimate also takes into account the fact that the project is funded in part by an Environmental Protection Fund grant, which may have specific requirements and restrictions on the use of funds.
