Description
Eastern Kentucky University is seeking bids for the construction/expansion of the Central Kentucky Regional Airport terminal located near Richmond, Kentucky. The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project outlined in the event and attachments. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 24, 2025, at 3:00 PM EST. The project is expected to start immediately following the award of the contract and purchase order from Eastern Kentucky University. The substantial completion date is 300 days from the start date, and the final completion date is 360 days from the start date.
• The project includes construction/expansion of the airport terminal.
