Surgical Equipment Repair

The Joint Base Elmdendorf Richardson is seeking a contractor to provide surgical equipment repair services. The contractor will be required to inspect and repair instruments on a quarterly basis, with the option to spend up to 5 consecutive days at the facility. The contractor will also be required to provide laser marking services to help track instruments. The facility has a large inventory of instruments, with approximately 60% currently laser marked and commissioned. The contractor will need to have technicians who are ASQ and CQI certified. Key aspects of the job include: • Quarterly visits to the facility for instrument inspection and repair • Laser marking services to track instruments • Requirement for technicians to be ASQ and CQI certified • Option to spend up to 5 consecutive days at the facility • Need to provide a temporary repair lab for each quarterly visit
