Budget estimate

$300,000 – $1,925,000

The solicitation lists a minimum award floor of $300,000 and a ceiling of $1,925,000 for the cooperative agreement. Assuming the base year receives the floor amount and optional tasks could bring the total toward the ceiling, the realistic budget range for a successful applicant is roughly $300 k to $1.9 M. The lower bound reflects mandatory tasks only; the upper bound includes full funding for optional tasks and possible follow‑on periods.
