Description
City of Cleveland is seeking vendors to provide miscellaneous maintenance and/or replacement services for fitness equipment used by the Police Division. The contract is capped at $10,000 and will be valid for up to one year or until funds are exhausted. Bidders must submit a completed RFB form, statutory disclosures, and any required MSDS, with all shipping costs embedded in unit prices. The award will be made to the lowest and best compliant bidder, and no price increases are permitted after award.
• Scope: Labor and parts for repair/replacement of police fitness equipment; quantities to be determined by the city.
• Financial limit: Not to exceed $10,000 total purchase‑order value.

• Delivery: F.O.B. delivered; shipping costs must be included in quoted prices.
