One of the four culverts will require an 8’ extension and applicable backfill. 1.2 Important Dates: Include only when there is a optional Pre-Bid Meeting May 14th, 2026 at 11:00am: Optional Pre-Bid Meeting at Materials Management Facility (MMF); 23400 NY-177, Rodman, NY 13682 May 20th, 2026 by 4:00 pm: Question Period Closes (no later than 7 days prior to bid due date) No questions will be accepted after this date. Answers to questions will be provided as soon as possible, but no later than 3 days prior to the bid due date... Answers will be provided to all prospective bidders who have downloaded the bid package for this project from the Authority’s website. An email notification will be sent that informs bidders that new information has been posted to the Authority’s website and is available for review and download. June 8th, 2026 at 11:00am: Sealed Bids Due Sealed Bids will be accepted at 23400 NY-177, Rodman, NY 13682 until 11:00am on June 8th, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
