Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a minimum of 2,100 to a maximum of 3,585 gross rentable square feet of commercial storefront space within a 1 1/4 mile radius of 3978 Northlake Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33403. The space shall contain adequate/assigned parking for approximately nine Government vehicles. The lease is for a five-year term with Government termination rights, and a full-service lease is preferred.
Key requirements include:
• Providing janitorial services, including trash removal, vacuuming, hard surface cleaning, high-touch surface cleaning, and restrooms cleaning
• Ensuring all cleaning procedures and treatments are accomplished in accordance with manufacturer's directions and/or listed specifications and industry standards applicable to the Professional Cleaning and Restoration Industry
• Using environmentally friendly products for all maintenance and cleaning
• Providing all necessary labor, transportation, tools, materials, equipment, and supplies required to perform services
