Description
This Invitation for Bids (IFB) seeks a contractor to replace underground storage tanks at the Northern Virginia Community College Annandale Campus. The scope includes removing existing below‑ground fuel tanks, installing new above‑ground fuel tanks, replacing the fuel dispenser, connecting to the existing building EMCS, providing a new air pump at the fuel island, and installing a new convenience receptacle. The work is split into two volumes: Volume 1 covers all tasks except the physical fuel tank installation; Volume 2 covers only the physical fuel tank installation.
