The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting a firm‑fixed‑price quote for a complete 20‑ton closed‑loop refrigerated water chiller system and associated piping, valves, fittings, disconnect switch, and panelboard to supply cooling water for the Lookout Point Powerhouse transformer during a scheduled reservoir drawdown (Oct‑Feb). The contractor must deliver new, FOB‑destination equipment that meets extensive performance, safety, and environmental specifications (e.g., IP65 rating, refrigerant ODP 0.0, GWP ≤ 700, vibration isolation, seismic anchorage). All items must be catalog‑based, ISO‑9001‑compliant, and include full documentation (cut‑sheets, test results, O&M manuals, warranties). Delivery is limited to Monday‑Thursday, 7 am‑3 pm PT at the Army Corps site in Lowell, OR.
