Clarksburg Sanitary Board – West Fork Co-Op Arlington Sewer Extension

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, is seeking information from capable contractors for the West Fork Co-Op Arlington Sewer Extension project in Clarksburg, West Virginia. The project involves constructing a new conventional gravity sewer system, two grinder pump stations, and forcemains, as well as an access road to the proposed Arlington Lift Station. The work will be performed within the WVDOH ROW, easements on private property, and property owned by the City of Clarksburg. The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, equipment, devices, and materials and perform all work in accordance with the specifications. • The project is expected to take place between April 2026 and April 2027. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards. • The contractor must provide a capability statement, including relevant construction experience, trades involved, and percent of work self-performed vs. in-house. • The contractor must indicate their firm's bonding capacity and provide certification or registration in the appropriate program repository for SB, 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, EDWOSB, and/or SDVOSB participation.
