Description
The County seeks a single‑prime contractor to design, produce, and install an immersive audiovisual experience inside the existing Sensory Treehouse at the Gwinnett County Environmental & Heritage Center. The contractor must deliver a 30‑minute multilingual immersive film (or alternate shorter chapters), integrate high‑fidelity dome or LED projection, spatial audio, control systems, and all associated building modifications (electrical, HVAC, structural, acoustic treatments). The scope also includes full project management, testing, commissioning, warranty, and required bonding/insurance.
• Design‑build of media production (original footage, animation, sound, captions, multilingual)
• AV systems integration: up to 7 wall, 5 ceiling, 4 floor projectors; spatial audio, show‑control, equipment rooms, wiring, and cooling
• Construction‑type work: electrical, HVAC, structural framing, acoustic/blackout treatments, permitting, and compliance with OSHA/ADA standards
