Description
The City of Waverly Hall is seeking proposals from engineering firms to provide services for a potential Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project. The project may include street, drainage, water, and/or sewer improvements. Responding firms should have experience with CDBG programs and be licensed in the State of Georgia. The proposal should include information such as the firm's history, key personnel, experience with similar projects, and fees. The City of Waverly Hall reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
• The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA)
• The proposal should include a draft Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) by February 23, 2026
• The City of Waverly Hall abides by laws such as Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990
• The proposal should be received no later than 4:00 PM on December 30, 2025
