Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from capable contractors to supply, install, configure, and validate a Mobile Lifting Chair w/ headrest product for the Los Angeles VA Medical Center. The contractor will also provide on-going technical support and maintenance services for the installed product. The Mobile Lifting Chair w/ headrest must meet specific requirements, including having a lift weight capacity of 330 lbs, being able to perform approximately 80 lifts per charge, and having safety belts and stability features to ensure secure lifting and transfer.
• The contractor must provide a capability statement that demonstrates their experience providing Mobile Lifting Chair w/ headrest that meets the requirements described in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work.
• The contractor must provide detailed information for one or more reference contracts that demonstrates their experience providing the installation, configuration, validation, support, and maintenance services required by this procurement.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must provide general pricing for their products/solutions for market research purposes.
