Estimated Range: $12,145,970 - $16,432,782 Alternate 1: Refreshment & Tennis Pavilion Upgrades Estimated Range for this Alternate is: $199,255 - $269,580 Alternate 2: Telecommunications Upgrades Estimated Range for this Alternate is: $90,670 - $122,671 There will be a pre-bid meeting at 11:00 AM on May 28, 2026, located at 50 S Fairview Ave, Montauk, NY 11954. All Requests For Information (RFIs) are due by: 10:00 AM on June 3, 2026. RFIs received after this due date and time will not be processed. The completion date for this project is 550 Days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller’s Office.
