Bridger Pipeline Expansion Environmental Impact Statement

The State of Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and United States Bureau of Land Management (BLM) are seeking a third-party contractor to provide a joint environmental impact statement (EIS) of the Bridger Pipeline Expansion (BPE) Major Facility Siting Act (MFSA) application for a certificate of compliance issued by DEQ to construct and operate an oil pipeline. The Contractor will prepare an EIS analyzing the potential environmental impacts of the Project authorizing the Project along with various other operational facilities to support the pipeline in accordance with the Montana Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). • The contractor will be responsible for preparing a joint environmental impact statement. • The statement will analyze the potential environmental impacts of the Bridger Pipeline Expansion. • The contractor must comply with the Montana Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). • The contractor will work with the DEQ and BLM to prepare the environmental impact statement.
