Park Maintenance and Mowing Services at Various County Facilities

The County of Los Angeles, Department of Parks and Recreation, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide park maintenance and mowing services at various county facilities. The contract term is for a period of three years with two one-year options and six month-to-month extensions, for a maximum total contract term of five years and six months. The proposer must have a minimum of three years of experience providing park maintenance services or mowing services similar in nature and scope as described in the RFP. The proposer must also possess and include a copy of the required licenses as part of their proposal submission. • The contract includes park maintenance services and mowing services at various county locations. • The proposer must attend the mandatory virtual proposer’s conference and mandatory facility site visits. • The proposer must have a business office located in the County of Los Angeles. • The proposer must have at least three references that validate their ability to meet the minimum mandatory requirements. • The contract includes provisions for indemnification, insurance, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
