The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is seeking qualified OEM suppliers to provide a full line of original‑equipment‑manufacturer toner and inkjet cartridges for the County’s Department of Financial Services on a one‑year base contract with four optional one‑year renewals. Bids must be sealed, submitted by September 14, 2026, and the lowest responsive, responsible bidder will be awarded. Suppliers must be authorized resellers for each brand (HP, Brother, Canon, Dell, Epson, Lexmark, etc.) and must deliver unopened, boxed cartridges F.O.B. destination. Pricing must remain firm for the initial term and any renewal periods. The contract includes requirements for recycling programs, warranty compliance, and possible on‑site service for leaked cartridges.
