Description
The City of Lynchburg is seeking bids for the installation of fencing at two city dog parks, Blackwater Creek Park and Perrymont Park. The project includes the installation of approximately 1,030 linear feet of 4-foot tall wire mesh fencing at Blackwater Creek Park and approximately 903 linear feet of 4-foot tall wire mesh fencing at Perrymont Park. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The bid must include all materials, equipment, and labor associated with the scope of work.
• The bidder must provide a lump sum base bid for the project.
• The bidder must have experience in similar projects and provide references.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations.
• The contract will be for a one-time purchase, but the City reserves the right to enter into a subsequent annual contract with the awarded vendor.
