460 | AcuDose Chemistry Dosing System and SCS Conveyor System for Washers

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide two brand name only AcuDose Chemistry Dosing Systems, two SCS Conveyor Systems, and first-year preventative care for the Wilmington VA Medical Center. The contractor shall deliver and install the equipment, provide operational training, and initiate first-year preventive maintenance coverage. The equipment must be new, manufacturer-certified, and delivered in accordance with the approved delivery schedule. • The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and expertise necessary to deliver and install the equipment. • The contractor shall provide basic operational training and demonstration for VA staff as part of installation services. • The contractor shall initiate first-year preventive maintenance coverage. • The equipment must be delivered to the SPS Department located in Bldg. 1, Ground Floor, Wilmington VA Medical Center, 1601 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE 19805. • The period of performance shall begin upon contract award and extend through completion of installation and acceptance.
