Description
The Berks County Flagging project involves flagging operations for Berks County. The project is set aside for small businesses only. The contractor will be responsible for providing flagging services to ensure safe traffic flow. The project duration is 1 year with four 1-year renewals at 2%.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Pennsylvania state labor and workplace safety laws.
• The contractor must provide certification of compliance with Pennsylvania's Unemployment Compensation Law, Workers' Compensation Law, and other applicable labor laws.
• The contractor must report any changes in compliance status to the purchasing agency immediately.
