The U.S. Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to produce 3,000 printed pocket‑size guides for the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center. The guides are 4″ × 5″, 28 text pages plus front and back covers, printed in black only on specified gloss‑coated cover (100 lb) and text (80 lb) paper, and bound by saddle‑stitch with scoring. The contractor must supply a color‑press‑quality soft‑proof PDF, meet Level 3 quality assurance standards, package the guides in shrink‑wrapped cartons ≤ 45 lb each with proper GPO labeling, and deliver to Cape May, NJ by September 30, 2026. Submission must be made through the GPO Publish portal by September 8, 2026, 11:00 AM ET.
