The County of Palm Beach is seeking to pre‑qualify vendors capable of printing the Palm Tran Rider’s Guide Books under a term contract. This is a pre‑qualification solicitation (RPQ) that will create a list of approved printers who can be called upon for future guide‑book print runs. Vendors must be registered in the County’s Vendor Self‑Service system, meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements, and be able to provide the required certifications, licenses, and business tax receipts. The contract will be awarded to qualified vendors who meet the specifications and may be subject to Small Business Enterprise (SBE) preferences.
