The U.S. Navy is seeking a vendor to provide a conversion set for the replacement of the Low‑Order (LO) and Forward‑Order (FO) Human‑Machine Interface (HMI) on the USNS Washington Chambers (T‑AKE 11). The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, small‑business set‑aside (HUBZone, WOSB, SDVOSB) and requires delivery of six conversion sets to the Naval Supply Center in San Diego by 1 Oct 2026. The contractor must comply with DoD unique item identification, packaging, and marking requirements, and must be able to obtain ship‑board access credentials for any pre‑award site visits.
