Description
The Sparta Area Schools are seeking electrical contracting bids for LED lighting upgrades in the Appleview Elementary. The project includes replacing existing fixtures, installing new dimmers, and providing an alternate for occupancy sensors and power packs. The contractor must have at least five years of experience, be licensed and insured, and have the financial resources to complete the project. The work is expected to be completed during summer break, from June 6, 2026, to August 1, 2026.
• The project requires a 1-for-1 replacement of all fixtures per their fixture tag.
• The contractor must provide an alternate for replacing existing occupancy sensors and power packs per the drawings.
• The contractor must install new dimmers in each classroom per the Typical Classroom Dimming Control Detail.
• The contractor must maintain clean working conditions daily and is responsible for the entire clean-up upon completion.
