Description
The Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education is seeking bids for the purchase of two items: a collaborative robot and education training cart, and a heavy equipment simulator. The contract will be awarded to the bidder that best meets the requirements and specifications outlined in the solicitation. The bidder must provide a firm, fixed price for the term of the contract, including optional renewal terms. The contract will be for a minimum of 120 days after the bid response due date.
• The bidder must submit a completed Responding Bidder Information form and a Certification for Competitive Bid and/or Contract.
• The bidder must provide a detailed description of their proposed solution, including timelines for deliverables.
• The bidder must submit a firm, fixed price for the term of the contract, including optional renewal terms.
• The bidder must provide pricing associated with the bid, including any travel expenses.
• The bidder must submit an Authority to Operate (ATO) or confirmation that an ATO has been requested.
