Description
The Alabama Public Charter School Commission (APCSC) is seeking proposals from suppliers to serve as an external researcher, evaluator, assessment analyst, and assessment reporter for the Charter School Program grant. The APCSC received $29,964,656 through the U.S. Department of Education's Charter Schools Program grant, which will support the growth of high-performing community schools across the state over the next five years. The External Evaluator(s) will be responsible for collecting qualitative and quantitative data and using formative and summative evaluations. They will oversee evaluation activities and work closely with the APCSC staff. Key responsibilities include:
• Collecting and analyzing data
• Conducting formative and summative evaluations
• Overseeing evaluation activities
• Working closely with APCSC staff
The purpose of this RFP is to identify the best combination of preferred External Grant Evaluator Services for the best overall value. This RFP may be a multi-supplier award.
