The Minnesota Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase two brand-new 5K Diesel Forklifts for Camp Ripley Training Center. The government's detailed minimum requirements are specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the government, considering factors such as price, technical acceptability, and past performance.
• The acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
• The contract will be awarded for a fixed price.
• The delivery of the forklifts shall be FOB Destination.
• The government reserves the right to make an award without discussions or negotiations.
