Production Capabilities to produce Advanced Multi-Purpose (AMP) Eye safe Laser Range Finder (ELRFs)

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources for the production of 20 Advanced Multi-Purpose (AMP) Eye safe Laser Range Finder (ELRFs) in support of the M1A2T Abrams Tank. The purpose of this notice is to gain current knowledge in the capabilities, qualifications, and interest from members of industry, both small and large business communities, which currently possess the production capabilities to produce them. Key points to consider: • The production of 20 Ea. Advanced Multi-Purpose (AMP) Eye safe Laser Range Finder (ELRFs) is required. • The ELRFs are in support of the M1A2T Abrams Tank. • The U.S. Government (USG) assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. • Data submitted in response to this market survey will not be returned. • Interested parties are requested to submit a tailored capability statement that clearly details current capabilities and capacities. • The capability statement should include information on the company's experience, production capacities, facilities, equipment, manufacturing processes, inspection capability, personnel, and Quality Management System certifications or standards used.
