Expendable Supplies

The U.S. Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand is seeking a contractor to provide expendable supplies, including paper towels, facial tissues, toilet paper, garbage bags, and other items. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months with a one-year option to renew. The contractor must be able to deliver the supplies within three working days of receiving a delivery order. The government guarantees a minimum order of 100,000 Thai Baht per year and the maximum amount ordered under each year of the contract will not exceed 3,600,000 Thai Baht. • The contractor must provide proof of SAM registration. • The contractor must provide samples of the proposed items. • The contractor must have a permanent address and telephone listing in Thailand. • The contractor must be able to deliver the supplies to two locations in Bangkok. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must have adequate financial resources and organization, experience, and skills to perform the contract.
