Description
The Warren Consolidated Schools is seeking proposals for the supply of four enclosed trailers. The trailers must meet the specified requirements, including a Wells Cargo Model: WHD8520T3 or a comparable model, with a white ACP panel, 500 lb. rear ramp door, and 6'6" interior height. The trailers must also have a GVWR of 9,990 lbs and come with standard equipment such as a wagon HD, steel frame, flat front, and tag.
• The trailers must be delivered within a specified timeframe after receipt of the order.
• The proposer must provide a certified check or proposal bond, if required.
• The proposer must furnish compensation insurance, if labor is required in the fulfillment of the contract.
• The proposer must comply with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act of 2012.
• The proposer must not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment based on protected classes.
