The Town of Smyrna is seeking a qualified, Tennessee‑licensed general contractor to design, supply, and fully install a new, ADA‑compliant playground at Hilltop‑Rosenwald Park. The scope includes conceptual design, equipment procurement, synthetic‑turf surfacing, shade structures, concrete work, benches, picnic tables, signage, and coordination with existing utilities. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, warranties, and ensure compliance with Davis‑Bacon prevailing‑wage rules, federal grant clauses, and local civil‑rights requirements.
• Design and layout for two age‑group equipment sets (2‑5 yr and 5‑12 yr) with ADA‑accessible amenities.
