Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to perform hand-planting on 45.2 acres of land in the Talladega National Forest, Oakmulgee District. The work will take place in Chilton County, Alabama. Interested bidders must be registered in Alabama Buys and submit their responses electronically through the system. The supplier must agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The supplier will be required to provide proof of qualifications, including manufacturer's reseller authorization, professional licenses, and certificates of insurance.
• The State of Alabama reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids.
• The supplier must comply with the Universal Commerce Code (Code of Alabama, Title 7) for product delivery, receiving, and acceptance.
• The State of Alabama has the right to inspect all products before accepting them.
• The supplier must accept multiple forms of electronic payment at no additional cost to the State.
