Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

The budget for this project is difficult to estimate without knowing the exact scope of work and the number of bidders. However, based on the fact that the city is seeking a single contractor to perform all major contracted work, it is likely that the budget will be substantial. A rough estimate for a project of this nature could be in the range of $200,000 to $500,000, depending on the complexity of the demolition work, the cost of materials and equipment, and the number of labor hours required to complete the project. The city's budget for the project is not specified, but it is likely that the city will be looking for a contractor that can provide the best value for the money.
