Description
The MCC Nepal Local Communications Project aims to produce reusable communications assets to support local awareness during the implementation of the MCC Nepal Compact. The project will cover various districts in Nepal, including Kathmandu, Sindhupalchowk, Nuwakot, Dhading, Makwanpur, Chitwan, Tanahun, Palpa, Dang, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta East), and Nawalparasi (Bardaghat Susta West). The selected firm will be responsible for developing an inception report, creating radio public service announcements, producing short digital videos, engaging in community outreach and digital content engagement, and organizing a regional showcase and stakeholder engagement event. The firm will also be required to provide digital advertising plans, analytics reporting, and other related services.
• The project has a one-year duration, with the possibility of extension.
• The firm will be required to work closely with MCC and MCA Nepal communications leadership.
• The firm will need to develop a message framework for construction-phase and completion-phase communications.
• The firm will be required to produce creative briefs, production schedules, and other related documents.
• The firm will need to ensure that all communications assets are reusable and can be adapted for different districts and regions.
