Description
The Town of Irondequoit is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive grant services, including the preparation of grant proposals, administration of awarded grants, and ongoing management of grant projects. The work will entail close collaboration with town officials to identify funding opportunities, develop competitive applications, and ensure compliance and reporting for any successful awards. This contract is intended to support the town’s ability to secure external funding for community programs and initiatives.
• Prepare and submit grant proposals on behalf of the town (grant writing).
• Administer awarded grants, handling budgeting, reporting, and compliance (grant administration).
• Provide ongoing oversight, monitoring, and management of grant projects to ensure objectives are met (grant management).
• Serve as the primary liaison between funding agencies and the town throughout the grant lifecycle.
