Pueblo Shelter Capital Needs Assessment

The City of Pueblo is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) for the Pueblo Shelter campus. The assessment will evaluate the current condition of the city's assets, identify necessary capital improvements, and prioritize these needs to ensure the efficient allocation of resources. The scope of services includes assessing the current condition of the facilities and infrastructure, identifying and prioritizing capital improvement needs, developing a comprehensive report, providing cost estimates, and establishing an implementation timeline. • The City's project priorities include site enhancements, equity and accessibility, self-sufficiency and program needs, and homeless services optimization. • The awarded Consultant shall complete a Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) and related consulting services. • The City may elect to award any or all phases of the project as City deems necessary, as budget allows, and/or as funding is available. • Proposers must submit all documents in PDF format, with a table of contents, licenses/registration, submittal summary, disclosures, statement of qualifications, previous experience, project approach, project work schedule, and additional information. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to readvertise should the need arise.
