Description
The Hillsdale Community Schools is seeking bids for the renovation of Hillsdale High School. The project includes upgrades to the library, cafeteria, and gymnasium. The library renovations will create a separate classroom for E-Sports and two auxiliary offices, and will include new flooring, ceilings, LED lighting, and future ductwork for HVAC. The cafeteria renovations will repurpose the existing stage area into a coffee shop and lounge area, and will include new LVT floors, ceilings, and LED lighting. The gymnasium renovations will include new basketball goals and a retractable divider curtain. Electrical and fire alarm upgrades will also be included.

• A pre-bid meeting will be held on February 17, 2026, at 1:00pm.
• Bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Disclosure Affidavit and a sworn and notarized Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit.
• A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid is required.
• The anticipated award of contract is Spring 2026, and the construction start date is June 2026.
