Description
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to sole‑source the procurement, installation, and integration of twenty‑one (21) access‑control doors for the 45th Medical Group at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida. Securitas Technology Corporation is the designated OEM‑qualified vendor. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, supplies, software licensing, and warranty services needed to integrate the doors with the existing Securitas server and Lenel access‑control software across multiple facilities, operating during normal business hours and adhering to federal holidays. Capability statements are required to demonstrate the ability to meet these technical and logistical requirements.
• Scope: supply, install, program, and integrate 21 access‑control doors with Lenel/Securitas system.
• Required OEM‑certified technicians only.
• All work performed during standard 8‑hour, 5‑day workweek (excluding federal holidays).
• Delivery and integration must align with existing security infrastructure.
