Description
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking information on acquiring Foundation Elevation and Commercial 3D Datasets to support the production of various NGA products. The datasets should include gridded elevation data, 3D point clouds, 3D meshes, and associated support products, and be produced with airborne and/or spaceborne electro-optical, synthetic aperture radar data, and international Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR).
Key features of the required datasets include:
• Capability for NGA to order standard and emerging products
• Support for new DEM formats, 3D formats, geospatial and error metadata
• Ability to meet customer needs
• Unclassified data and work on the project
• Potential requirement for TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Ability to provide training sessions on the web application
• Data storage on both off-site cloud provider storage and agency on-premise datacenters
