Budget estimate

$30,000 – $60,000

Based on the size of the building (≈2,300 sq ft), the need for licensed asbestos handling, disposal fees, permits, insurance, and a short five‑day schedule, similar municipal demolition contracts in Texas typically range from $30,000 to $60,000. The lower end assumes minimal unforeseen conditions and efficient disposal; the higher end accounts for higher waste‑transport costs, premium insurance, and potential overtime.
