Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide transponders, sonar, under an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 5-year base period. The procurement is small business set aside, and certified cost and pricing data may be required based on dollar value. The supplier performance risk system applies, and price, past performance, and delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors.

• Estimated annual demand quantity is 300 EA
• Minimum delivery order quantity is 74 EA
• Maximum delivery order quantity is 300 EA
• Suppliers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM)
• Annual updates to suppliers' registration will be required
