Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified contractor for the demolition of an existing home and reconstruction of a new, 3BR/2BTH 1200 square foot single story home. The project requires a State of Florida Licensed General, Building, or Residential Contractor. The contractor must provide a 5% bid guarantee and a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the estimated project cost.
