BASEOPS- Ft. Carson

The U.S. Army is seeking vendors to provide Base Operation Support Services (BASEOPS) at Fort Carson, Colorado. The services include a broad range of non-personal base operations and maintenance services in support of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW). The contractor will be responsible for planning, programming, administering, managing, documenting, and executing the work necessary to provide DPW functions and services. The contractor will also be required to comply with applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and directives. Some of the key services include: • Providing healthy, safe spaces, and reliable essential city services to Fort Carson Soldiers, families, and civilians • Operating as an effective team providing services as an extension of DPW • Providing effective stewardship of Installation Resources • Being the expert on Fort Carson utility systems for proper operations • Providing world-class maintenance and repair services while performing the contract • Performing maintenance and repair requirements effectively and efficiently The contract is expected to cover six months from the contract award date.
