Description
The U.S. Army DEVCOM Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC) is hosting a Power Distribution Unit (PDU) Focused Technical Exchange (FTX) to discuss licensing the 100% owned Department of War (DoW) Tactical Microgrid Standard (TMS) complaint PDU. The PDU enables networking 600 VDC capable sources/loads into a smart DC cyber secure microgrid. The event will provide a forum for industry partners to participate and receive a deep dive into the PDU design and technical data package. The goals of the event include sharing current ongoing efforts leveraging the PDU, informing industry about current efforts to transition the PDU, and enabling industry partners to share perspectives directly with GVSC subject matter experts and leadership.

• The event will take place on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at Automation Alley and Detroit Arsenal.
• Online registration is open from January 14, 2026, to February 2, 2026, or until capacity is reached.
• There is no fee to attend, and suggested attendees include representatives from small and large businesses, institutions of higher learning, and governmental institutions.
• Attendees must be U.S. citizens.
