ARCHITECTURAL/CIVIL ENGINEERING/STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR 3600 GATES BOULEVARD

The City of Port Arthur is seeking a qualified Architectural/Civil/Structural Engineering firm to provide services for the renovation and repurposing of an existing building located at 3600 Gates Boulevard. The project includes interior demolition, system replacement, site improvements, and evaluation of the feasibility of adding a second floor. The facility will serve Police Department operations and may house mission-critical public safety functions. The selected firm will provide architectural, civil, and structural engineering services, including design, engineering, and construction management. • The project requires the firm to have experience in flood proofing existing structures and buildings. • The firm must provide a detailed description of their experience and capabilities to perform the work. • The firm must submit a proposal that includes qualifications, past performance, project approach, and quality of response. • The City reserves the right to select a firm that best meets the City's interest from any combination of criteria presented.
