Description
The United States Navy is seeking a sole source provider for Sludge/Waste Incinerator Parts, specifically from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Scandinavian Boiler Services Inc. The parts are required to match in form, fit, and function in accordance with NAVSEA Technical Manuals. The contract is expected to be a firm, fixed price contract. The quoter is required to provide a quote that includes all items specified in the solicitation, and the Government reserves the right to make a single award to the quoter whose quote is considered in the best interest of the government, price and other factors considered. Key factors for evaluation include technical, delivery date, price, and past performance.
• The contractor shall deliver all items under a contract line, subline, or exhibit line item.
• The contractor shall provide a unique item identifier for the items delivered.
• The contractor shall submit the information required as part of the Material Inspection and Receiving Report.
• The contractor shall use the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system for electronic invoicing and payment requests.
• The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security, export control, and environmental protection.
